S&P Card Radar is a monitoring service that scans Mercari.jp for trading cards matching your keywords and sends notifications via Telegram. The service is provided by S&P S.R.L.S.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You may not use Card Radar to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform. Each account is for individual use only.

Card Radar provides monitoring as a convenience tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of listings on Mercari.jp. We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions made based on our notifications.

When using our BUY NOW feature, S&P acts as an intermediary between you and the seller. All applicable taxes (VAT 22%) and commissions apply. Delivery is estimated at 8 business days.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. For BUY NOW orders, payments are held and not charged until confirmed. If an order is cancelled for any reason, the held amount is fully released with no charge. In case of a confirmed order that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping or logistics issues, S&P S.R.L.S. will offer a full refund of the amount paid.

S&P Card Radar shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: seller removal of listings, sudden price changes, unavailability of items at the time of purchase, logistics or customs issues, platform outages, or any other event outside our control. In such cases, any pending BUY NOW order will be automatically cancelled and any held payment will be fully released at no charge to the user.

In the event that Mercari.jp or any third-party platform blocks or permanently restricts access to S&P Card Radar, rendering the service inoperable, S&P S.R.L.S. shall only be obligated to refund the last monthly subscription payment made by the user, if required by applicable law. No further compensation, damages, or refunds shall be due beyond this amount. Users acknowledge that the availability of third-party marketplaces is outside our control.
